Neither. The exported lettering consists of SVG path commands taken from the font outlines. There is no embedded PNG, external font reference or SVG text element. You can edit the paths, but changing the wording requires generating a new design. PNG is also available when you need a raster image.

The file provides scalable outline geometry that vector editors can import. Overlapping letters are not welded together, and an outline stroke is not expanded into a separate closed shape. Check dimensions, overlaps and paths in your destination software before preparing a cutting job. Machine-specific settings and cutting compatibility are not guaranteed.

No. SVG keeps the same vector geometry at every PNG scale. Font size, letter spacing and padding determine its natural size; you can scale it further in another editor. Line breaks are preserved rather than automatically wrapped.

Your words, font files and generated designs are processed in your browser. Bundled font files load from FontStyleLab as you browse previews or select a font. A font opened from your device is kept only in this page's memory. It is not uploaded or saved for a later visit.

Choose from 83 bundled fonts, with search and filters for sans serif, serif, handwriting, display and monospace styles. Font names preview the actual outlines used in your downloads. They support Latin, Greek and Cyrillic lettering when the chosen font includes it. Missing characters produce an explanation instead of silently using another font. Emoji and complex-script shaping are not supported. Static TTF, OTF and WOFF uploads are supported; variable, color and WOFF2 fonts are not. The main text editor has a broader Google Fonts selection and browser text shaping.

Bundled fonts use the SIL Open Font License. For uploaded fonts, follow your font's license.
