How to use this tool

- Copy the mailto URL or HTML link. Testing opens your email app; it does not send a message.
When this tool helps
Create contact links, event enquiries or prefilled support messages. Addresses use the [email protected] format, without display names. All addresses in a published link are visible, including BCC.

Questions before you start
Does a mailto link send an email automatically?
No. Clicking it asks the device to open an email composer. The visitor reviews and sends the message. Behavior depends on their configured email app.
Can I include formatting or attachments?
The body is plain text with line breaks. Attachments and rich formatting are not supported. Long links may be truncated or rejected by some email apps; keep the message concise.
