Draw & annotate
Choose a drawing tool to mark the preview with a mouse, finger or stylus. Undo and Redo work with text, page order and drawings. Use ⌘/Ctrl+Z outside a text field.
Downloads
PDF and offline HTML downloads include the pages and your drawings. Private speaker notes are omitted. Use Save project to keep your notes and settings, or download an editable backup from My projects.
Did this tool help you?
Turn an existing PDF into a presentation
Open a report, handout or slide deck and present its pages without rebuilding them. Each page keeps its original proportions, including portrait pages and rotated sheets. Reorder or remove pages to fit your explanation, give them useful labels and keep private speaker notes for each page.
Zoom in while presenting
Open PDFs up to 30 MB and 100 pages. Zoom to three times the fitted page size to examine a chart or small text, then drag or scroll to move around. Use Fit page to see the whole sheet again. Zoom works on phones too, and annotations stay attached to the page. Pages are displayed as images; zoom does not restore detail beyond the imported resolution.
Annotate while you explain
Use the pen or highlighter on a page in the editor or presenter. Marks stay with that page when you navigate or reorder the document. Undo and Redo let you revise an explanation. Open the overview to see every page and jump to a section, while private speaker notes remain in a separate window.
Save annotated pages with clear export choices
Download an annotated PDF, the current page as PNG, or an offline HTML presentation. Exported pages include your drawings but omit private notes. PDF pages are flattened images at the imported preview resolution, so keep the original document for searchable text, forms and print detail. An editable backup preserves your presentation setup for another session.
Navigate, annotate and sketch while presenting
When presenting, use the bottom-left menu to search page titles, jump to a page, open speaker view or download PDF and PNG files. The pen button annotates the current page. Open the scratch chalkboard for a separate explanation, with textured chalk, an eraser and undo/redo. Its drawings stay separate from your project; download a PNG before reloading the page. Keyboard help lists the available shortcuts.
How to use this tool
Open an unencrypted PDF of up to 30 MB and 100 pages.
Reorder pages, add private speaker notes and use the pen or highlighter on a page.
Present fullscreen and download an annotated PDF or editable backup.
Make it your own
Explain a worksheet, walk through a report or discuss a design without rebuilding the document as slides. Each imported page keeps its proportions. Pen and highlight marks belong to that page, follow it when reordered and are included in exported images and PDFs. Importing a new PDF replaces the deck; Undo restores the previous material.
Frequently asked questions
Does the annotated PDF keep searchable text?
No. Pages are rendered as images at up to 1600 pixels on the long edge. Exported PDFs flatten the page and drawings into an image, preserving page proportions. Keep your original for selectable text, forms, signatures and full-resolution printing.
Can I present scanned PDFs?
Yes. Image-only PDFs can be displayed and annotated. This tool does not perform OCR or edit the original text.
Can other people draw with me?
This is a presentation on your device. You can share your screen in a meeting, but there is no live multi-user collaboration or synchronization.
