Start from an outline

Start each section with a # heading, or separate sections with a line containing ---. The first line is the title.

Replaces the current content. You can undo this.

In order

    Private speaker notes

Visible in speaker view and editable backups. Omitted from PDF and HTML downloads.

    Preview

    Draw & annotate

Choose a drawing tool to mark the preview with a mouse, finger or stylus. Undo and Redo work with text, page order and drawings. Use ⌘/Ctrl+Z outside a text field.

    Downloads

PDF pages are images, with drawings included. Offline HTML includes all pages and a text transcript. Use Save project to keep your notes and settings, or download an editable backup from My projects.

    Readable text

Turn an outline into slides you can shape

Start with headings and short paragraphs, then adjust each slide in the preview. Choose a font, theme and text size; place a picture beside, above or behind your words. Move and resize text and picture boxes directly, or use the position controls for precise adjustments. Undo lets you try a different arrangement.

Present, explain and move at your own pace

Present opens a focused view with previous and next controls, keyboard navigation and an overview of every slide. Use a pen or highlighter to explain a detail while presenting. A separate speaker window shows your notes and the next slide; share only the audience window when presenting in a video call.

Share a text deck or take the whole presentation with you

Create a custom link for a short text-only deck. The recipient opens an independent copy with your layout and settings, without private speaker notes. For pictures or drawings, download the offline HTML slideshow instead. PDF keeps a visual copy of every slide; an editable project backup keeps the material for later changes.

Navigate, annotate and sketch while presenting

When presenting, use the bottom-left menu to search page titles, jump to a page, open speaker view or download PDF and PNG files. The pen button annotates the current page. Open the scratch chalkboard for a separate explanation, with textured chalk, an eraser and undo/redo. Its drawings stay separate from your project; download a PNG before reloading the page. Keyboard help lists the available shortcuts.

    Share your content

The link includes your text, layout and settings. Cue-card reminders and targets are included; private notes and rehearsal times are excluded.

Text-only links open an independent copy. Later edits do not update an existing link. Anyone with the link can keep or forward it; links cannot be revoked.

    How to use this tool

    1. Paste an outline. Start each slide with a # heading, or separate slides with a line containing ---.
    2. Create slides, then edit the wording, order, theme and speaker notes.
    3. Present fullscreen or download a presentation PDF, an offline HTML slideshow or an editable backup.

    Make it your own

Prepare a short lesson, a project update or a workshop without arranging every text box. Headings become slide titles and the following lines become body text. Slide text automatically fits the available space; split dense slides to keep them readable. Choose a light, dark, paper or chalkboard theme and a bundled typeface.

    Frequently asked questions

Does this generate slides with AI?

No. The tool formats the outline you supply. It does not invent content, send your notes to an AI service or require an account.

Can I download a PowerPoint file?

Downloads are PDF, a standalone HTML slideshow and an editable FontStyleLab JSON backup. PowerPoint PPTX export is not included.

Are my speaker notes included in downloads?

Notes stay in editable backups and the separate speaker window. Public HTML and PDF downloads omit them.
