Questions before you start
Does this work with scanned PDFs?
Image-only scans do not contain selectable text. This tool identifies pages without extractable text but does not perform OCR.
Will columns and tables read in the right order?
The result follows the PDF text layer with line boundaries inferred from text positions. Complex columns, tables and unusual font encodings may need manual correction. Compare the result with the original.
Can I select just a few pages?
Yes. Use ranges such as 1-3, 7, 10-12. Only those pages are included, in the order you enter.
