From preview to finished project

Add your content and choose a layout. Review every page, especially long names and captions.
Download the PDF and select the matching paper size. Print one test page at 100% before printing the set.
Use the guides to cut ordinary paper. For label stock, compare the sheet measurements and test the alignment before printing your set.

Questions about your printable

Can I print on preset or custom label sheets?

Choose 21 labels on A4, 30 labels on US Letter or Custom label stock. Adjust label dimensions, rows, columns, margins and gaps to match your sheet. Check its measurements and test on plain paper first.

Can I start on a partly used label sheet?

Set Start at label to the first unused position, counting left to right, then down. Only the first sheet skips labels. Printer alignment lets you shift the layout horizontally or vertically to match your printer.
