Questions before you start
How do I remove line breaks without losing paragraphs?
Choose Join wrapped lines and keep paragraphs. Single line breaks become spaces; one or more blank lines keep paragraphs separate. Lists and intentional line breaks still need review.
Can I add line breaks instead?
Yes. Wrap text adds breaks at a chosen width. Make each line a paragraph adds spacing between lines. Add a paragraph break after each sentence separates a continuous passage using the selected language; review unusual punctuation and abbreviations.
Will this remove hyphens inside words?
Only if you enable Join hyphenated line endings. This can also join intentional hyphens, so compare the result before copying it.
