From preview to finished project
For a template, cut the solid outline and score the dashed rectangle. Fold both side tabs inward, glue the lower flap to the tabs, insert the card and close the top flap. Keep glue away from the pocket. For existing envelopes, match the PDF size and check your printer feed direction on a test envelope.
- Add your content and choose a layout. Review every page, especially long names and captions.
- Download the PDF and select the matching paper size. Print one test page at 100% before printing the set.
- Save a project or download a backup to reuse the design. Clearing browser storage removes local projects.
Questions about your printable
Which envelope size fits my card?
Choose an envelope at least 5 mm wider and taller than your card, allowing for its orientation. The A6-card preset makes a 155 × 110 mm envelope. C6, DL, US A7 and custom dimensions are also available.
Why does my envelope template need larger paper?
The unfolded template includes side tabs and overlapping flaps. Choose Find paper that fits to select a suitable sheet, preferring your current paper family. Existing-envelope mode exports only the finished envelope size.
