When this tool helps
Convert plain text to HTML paragraphs, bulleted lists or numbered lists. URL list mode accepts line-, comma- or space-separated web addresses and can add HTTPS to bare domains. Choose same-tab or new-tab links and optional nofollow. Special characters are escaped, and new-tab links include noopener and noreferrer. The preview never opens your links.
Conversion runs in your browser. No account or subscription is required, and downloads have no watermark.
Questions before you start
Which list formats can I create?
Choose bulleted or numbered lists. Each non-empty input line becomes a list item. Paragraph mode uses blank lines to separate paragraphs.
Can this make URLs clickable?
Yes. In ordinary text, explicit http:// and https:// addresses become links. URL list mode also accepts bare domains when Add https:// is enabled. It validates each item and reports invalid or unsafe addresses before export.
Is this an HTML email template builder?
No. It produces content markup. Email layouts and compatibility with particular mail clients need separate testing.
